Take some time for yourself, you deserve it! Helping others and taking charge of your life will be much easier and rewarding if you take care of yourself first.
Guided meditation is a great way to relax and alleviate stress allowing your mind and body to heal as it is meant to.
This is a safe place to relax and meditate with likeminded souls. From beginner to advanced meditator, all are welcome.
You will need to bring a yoga mat or floor cushion to use during meditation and an open mind.
Water and chocolate will be provided by the facilitator
