Refund policy
We inspect all goods before listing them on our website as well as prior to shipment to ensure the best quality is being delivered to you. However, many items are handcrafted by local artisans which means there might be what we call "Character" that machine produced goods lack. These are not flaws, simply masterful touches that makes each piece unique in its own special way. Thank you for shopping with us and supporting our skilled artisans with their craft.
To keep your costs low, please read descriptions, overview, and look at all pictures of the items. We are extremely thorough for a reason. That is so you can make informed decisions about a product and not purchase blindly on the internet. We try to remove the frustration of cyber shopping for you. We offer standard & free shipping to get the items to you, however shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the buyers responsibility. All Bath & Body items are non-returnable/refundable unless there is obvious liquid leakage and damage during shipment.
All orders placed will be processed Monday through Friday. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise for custom orders. Orders are not filled on the weekends or holidays. Urban’s Edge & Urban Post are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service. Once they are Shipped and have a tracking number and in the hands of the carrier they are not the responsibility of Urban's Edge or our affiliates. We are also not responsible for delivered packages that go missing once they arrive to their final destination.
To make a RETURN please refer to the following information. You will have only 24 HOURS from confirmation of delivery to contact us to receive a return code. Once a return code is received you will have 5 days to ship the item back for a return or exchange. Please include the UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND UNUSED merchandise in the return package as well as your original invoice, and your return code that you have received from us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs incurred with the return package.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the requirements for the return are not met (ie. used merchandise, washed or worn merchandise, or merchandise returned outside of specified time, also a return without invoice or return code.) All jewelry, clearance and sale merchandise are final sale.
Upon receiving a return package, we will process a refund or store credit at our discretion within 10 business days.
